My taboo, my secret sin,
Hidden deep, buried within.
Locked away, no one can see,
The darkness that lies within me.
A shadow that follows where I go,
My secret sin, no one must know.
A burden I carry on my own,
A weight that leaves me all alone.
My taboo, my constant fight,
A struggle that consumes my night.
A flame that burns, a constant pain,
A burden that I can’t contain.
But in the darkness, I still seek,
A glimmer of hope, a way to break free.
To face my taboo, to come out strong,
And find the peace that I’ve longed for so long.
So let me face my taboo with might,
And let me conquer my fears and my fright.
For I am strong, and I will fight,
Until my taboo is brought to light.
