ABUSED

In the depths of shattered dreams, a haunting cry,
Resides a tale of darkness, where love went awry.
Amidst the walls of silence, where secrets reside,
A poem unfolds, exposing wounds too long denied.

Abused, a word that carries immense weight,
A battle fought in homes, sealed by cruel fate.
Behind closed doors, where bruises mark the skin,
Lies a narrative of anguish, where hope wears thin.

In the stillness of a whispered plea for release,
A soul yearns for liberation, a respite of peace.
But in this labyrinth of fear, so hard to navigate,
Strength emerges, resilient hearts dare not abate.

We stand with you, survivors, your voices heard,
Together we reclaim what once seemed blurred.
The cycle shattered, by unity’s embrace,
No longer imprisoned, your scars erased.

For every tear that fell, a phoenix shall rise,
From ashes of torment, a spirit to despise.
You are not defined by the pain you’ve endured,
Your worth, your beauty, eternally assured.

We break the silence, for your truth deserves light,
With empathy and understanding, we will make things right.
In the battle against violence, we will never relent,
Until every home finds peace, a haven well spent.

May compassion weave a tapestry of solace,
Where healing overcomes the torment’s malice.
Abused, but never defeated, your strength will prevail,
For together, we will forge a future, where love will prevail.

I live to write; I write for a living. Because I breath words in and out, everything I pen down must be epic!
