THE RIGHT BUTTON
Look out for where hearts entwine,
Where love’s melody intertwines,
There stood a lover, wise and kind,
Guiding her beloved, a soul refined.
With tender gaze and whispered plea,
She shared the secrets, love’s decree,
A poem titled “The Right Button” true,
To light the path, to joy pursue.
Oh, dear lover, listen well,
Unveil the secrets I long to tell,
For in these words, the key you will find,
To unlock my heart, to ease my mind.
Press the button of tender touch,
Caress my spirit, oh, how much,
A gentle stroke upon my skin,
Beneath your fingertips, let love begin.
Press the button of words so sweet,
In every sentence, our souls shall meet,
Speak with kindness, let truth reside,
With each syllable, let love be your guide.
Press the button of laughter’s embrace,
Let mirth and joy paint your face,
For in your smile, I find delight,
In laughter’s realm, we shall take flight.
Press the button of understanding deep
Empathy’s well, let your heart keep,
Listen, dear one, with open ears,
Absorb my hopes, my joys, my fears.
Press the button of passion’s fire,
Ignite desire, let love transpire,
In flames of ardor, let us ignite,
The passion that burns, forever bright.
Press the button of unwavering trust,
In love’s sanctuary, we are both nonplussed,
Let loyalty weave our hearts as one,
With trust, our journey has just begun.
And when the world turns dark and gray,
When tears threaten to cloud our way,
Press the button of comfort’s embrace,
Hold me close, let solace replace.
For in these buttons, my lover dear,
The roadmap to bliss shall crystal clear,
In the symphony of love, we will dance,
A harmonious union, our eternal chance.
