In ripples soft, in torrents wild,
Water flows, a gentle child.
Born from skies, from earth it springs,
A sweet carol of liquid things.
It dances freely, without a care,
Through valleys deep, in the crisp, cool air.
A mirror to the heavens above,
Reflecting back the sky’s pure love.
In oceans vast, it roams untamed,
A restless spirit, never chained.
It whispers secrets to the shore,
And kisses rocks forevermore.
In streams, it sings a soothing tune,
Underneath the silver moon.
A melody of life it weaves,
Through forests, meadows, and golden leaves.
Oh water, source of life and light,
You quench our thirst, you give us sight.
In every drop, a world unseen,
A universe, where dreams convene.
Cherish it! Let us adore,
The precious gift of water’s lore.
For in its depths, we find our worth,
A treasure of the Earth.
