When faced with tasks that seem beyond our ken,
And doubt, a specter, whispers in our ear,
The heart must rise, to summon strength again,
To cast aside our every crippling fear.
In action lies the essence of our will,
For talk is naught, and thoughts alone are weak,
With firm resolve, the dreams we chase fulfill,
‘Tis deeds, not words, the future that we seek.
To say “I will try” is but a half-made vow,
A timid step when boldness is our need,
Embrace the challenge, live within the now,
Commit to act, and in that act, succeed.
In every venture, let this truth apply:
We do, we strive, for there is no mere try.
