Courage Said No

His whispers faded, dreams untold,
A heart weighed down by fear’s cold hold.
He yearned for love, a silent plea,
But shyness held his captive, he

Couldn’t speak the words his soul confessed,
Her smile, a sunshine on his breast.
Days turned to years, a silent ache,
Fear’s chains, a vow he couldn’t break.

A flicker then, a spark ignited,
A warrior’s spirit, long inhibited.
He would seize this chance, break free at last,
Cast doubt aside, a future unsurpassed.

Fate’s twist, a glance, their eyes entwined,
His courage soared, his fears resigned.
With trembling voice, a love confessed,
“My silent love, forever blessed.”.

I live to write; I write for a living. Because I breath words in and out, everything I pen down must be epic!
