An encyclopedia of moments, springs anew

School life’s journey, an ever-changing view

From classrooms filled with wisdom’s warm embrace
To exams that test the mettle, shape the grace
In every lesson, seeds of future trace
Of growth and wisdom, life’s relentless chase

The lunchtime chatter and recess’s play
In memories cherished, moments find their way
Teachers who guide, illuminating day
A school’s warm embrace, where hearts hold sway

Cheers to school life, with lessons rife
A chapter unfolding, shaping forth life

(I Miss You, Derrick)

Emotions, sanction me, in abstract touch,
Feel his presence, hold his hand as such.
In the dark, relish pleasures, culpable delight,
Lost within, shivering at his touch so bright.

No potency to break free, he holds me near,
Perhaps I have lost myself, a cause to fear.
Survival uncertain, getting over, a maybe,
A razor perforates my heart, blood drips free.

Temerarious forsake, my heart bleeding,
“Take me, touch my places,” a moan proceeding.
Verbalizing nothing, bound in his hold,
Physically gone, yet he is my matter, bold.

Laying in tenebrosity, room vacuous and wide,
Ceiling examined, visions of you coincide.
Mission life aborted, a smile in the dark,
Telling me, optically, I will mend, embark.

Four years have passed, a testament to time,
Derrick, know this, in prose and rhyme.
No man congenially touches me, you see,
In pleasant places, the way you did to me.

In the middle of stormy waters, where tempests brew,
Life’s chessboard, a game for me and you.
With each move, a twist, a clever jest,
Humor’s armor, in challenges best.

Wading through the currents, fierce and wild,
Emotions, like waves, tumultuous and piled.
In the chess of life, where pawns may fall,
Victory whispers, a triumph over all.

Sarcasm dances in lightning’s glow,
As fate’s wry grin, we have come to know.
With wit as a compass, navigating strife,
We conquer the storms, embrace this life.

In the game’s gambit, where shadows loom,
Walking on waters, our destiny we groom.
For humor’s the bridge, spanning despair,
And triumph emerges from the depths of care.

Allow the storm rage, let challenges soar,
In life’s grand chessboard, we ask for more.
Through jest and wisdom, our sails unfurl,
Walking on stormy waters, a victorious swirl.

Under the oak tree that night, our love takes flight,
Silence between us, a language so right.
A glance, a touch, no need to speak,
Mute oath we took, love’s secrets we keep.

Through the stillness, our hearts entwine,
Silence sings, a melody divine.
Unspoken words, a tender art,
Love blooms quietly, a masterpiece’s start.

There came the calm of dusk, a silent vow,
Our connection deepens, here and now.
No need for echoes, no need for pretense,
Silence, our love’s eloquence.

As the moonlit shadows softly dance,
Whispers, our eternal romance.
A love untamed, profound and vast,
In quiet moments, our forever will last.
