LET IT BE

Amidst the shadows, where hurt resides,
Stands a girl named Bintu, with tears in her eyes,
She has been wounded by friends, family, and more,
Even her best friend’s betrayal cut her to the core.

But let it be, Bintu, let it go,
Though it is painful, forgiveness will show,
The strength within you, the power to heal,
Let every hurt go, and let your heart reveal.

Each scar tells a story, etched upon her soul,
But she is determined to rise, to regain control,
The weight on her shoulders, she has carried for long,
It is time to release it, and find where she belongs.

The path to forgiveness, not an easy road to take,
But harboring pain only causes the heart to break,
Bintu, let go of resentment and strife,
In forgiveness, you will find the key to a new life.

So let it be, Bintu, let it go,
Though it is painful, forgiveness will show,
The strength within you, the power to heal,
Let every hurt go, and let your heart reveal.

With each step she takes, she is leaving behind,
The chains of the past, the hurt intertwined,
Through tears and sorrow, she finds her release,
And in forgiveness, she discovers inner peace.

So let it be, Bintu, let it go,
Though it is painful, forgiveness will show,
The strength within you, the power to heal,
Let every hurt go, and let your heart reveal.

Bintu’s journey continues, with scars fading away,
As she learns to forgive, and embrace a brighter day,
Let it be, Bintu, let it all unfold,
Forgiveness is key, as your story is told

I RAN ALL NIGHT

I was just an innocent soul, lost in a world so cold,
Unaware of the dangers lurking, stories yet untold.
But fate had other plans for me, a cruel and twisted fate,
Entangled in the web of traffickers, a prisoner of their hate.

I need you to know that
I ran all night, beneath the pale moonlight,
Through darkness and fear, I fought to be free,
Escaping the clutches of this heinous plight,
I ran all night, hoping for a brighter day to see.

They snatched me from my home, like a bird with broken wings,
Bound and silenced, my voice drowned in silent screams.
Stripped of dignity and freedom, my spirit on the verge of break,
But deep within my soul, a flicker of hope I would make.

You need to know that
I ran all night, beneath the pale moonlight,
Through darkness and fear, I fought to be free,
Escaping the clutches of this heinous plight,
I ran all night, hoping for a brighter day to see.

Through alleys and shadows, I navigated the unknown,
With every step, my strength and courage slowly grown.
I crossed borders and barriers, defying every doubt,
Determined to survive and find my own way out.

I found allies in unlikely places, kind hearts along the road,
Guiding me through danger, helping me to bear the load.
Together we faced the demons, the monsters that prevailed,
With every stride forward, the darkness slowly paled.

Be informed that
I ran all night, beneath the pale moonlight,
Through darkness and fear, I fought to be free,
Escaping the clutches of this heinous plight,
I ran all night, hoping for a brighter day to see.

And now I stand here, with scars both seen and unseen,
A survivor of the nightmare, a testament to what I have been.
But I won’t let this define me, I won’t let it hold me down,
For I have rediscovered my worth, my voice, my crown.

I am here to confess that
I ran all night, beneath the pale moonlight,
Through darkness and fear, I fought to be free,
Escaping the clutches of this heinous plight,
I ran all night, now I stand tall, forever to be.

This is for the lost ones, still trapped within that web,
May they find the strength to break free, to reclaim their life’s ebb.
And let this story be a reminder, a call to take a stand,
Against the horrors of human trafficking, hand in hand.

WRITING OATH: A LADY’S PROMISE

Check out the world of ink and paper, that is where I reside,
A lady consumed by words, I cannot hide.
With pen in hand and thoughts ablaze,
I have sworn an oath to write, for all my days.

A tsunami of words crashes through my mind,
A relentless flood, impossible to bind.
They surge and swirl, an untamed sea,
Compelling me to write, to set them free.

From dawn till dusk, my quill does dance,
Pouring my soul into each written chance.
The rhymes and verses, they flow like a river,
Expressing my heart’s every quiver.

I have sworn allegiance to this literary art,
To capture emotions, to tear them apart.
With every stroke, my spirit takes flight,
Exploring the depths of day and night.

Ink-stained fingers, a testament to my plight,
As I conjure tales in the dim candlelight.
The stories unfold, like whispers in the dark,
Breathing life into characters, leaving their mark.

I pen down dreams, hopes, and desires,
Fueling the flame of creative fires.
Through poetry, prose, and heartfelt lines,
I traverse the realms of human minds.

The world may never fully comprehend,
The need, the yearning, that I cannot suspend.
But I embrace this calling, this fervent drive,
To wield words with passion, to truly thrive.

So let the pages turn, and the inkwells run dry,
I will keep writing, with a tear or a sigh.
For I have made a promise, an unbreakable bond,
To honor the power of words, forever fond.

And when my journey in this life does cease,
My legacy shall live on, in moments of peace.
In the hearts of those who read and find solace,
A lady, forever writing, in eternal embrace.

KACHI’S ESCAPE

Long ago, when darkness prevailed,
A tale of courage and hope, forever unveiled.
Amidst chains and despair, a young lady named Kachi,
Embarked on a journey, her spirit so free.

Born under the African sun, her heart knew no bounds,
But fate played its hand, and her world turned around.
Captured by the wicked, the European slave master,
Kachi’s spirit remained unbroken, through each disaster.

Chained and shackled, her body bore the scars,
But her dreams soared high, reaching for the stars.
In the dead of the night, she hatched a daring plan,
To escape from the clutches of this wicked man.

With whispers of freedom guiding her way,
Kachi stole through the darkness, praying for a new day.
Her heart throbbed with fear, yet her resolve stood strong,
For she knew that her journey was where she belonged.

Through dense forests and treacherous terrain,
Kachi’s feet carried her, fighting off the pain.
Guided by the North Star, she pressed on with might,
Her spirit fueled by a burning inner light.

Days turned to weeks, and weeks turned to months,
Kachi pressed forward, driven by her soul’s hunt.
She encountered kind strangers who showed her the way,
Providing shelter and safety, night and day.

Across rivers and mountains, she ventured on,
Drawing strength from the spirits of those who had gone.
For Kachi carried the hopes of her people in her stride,
Their prayers wrapped around her, like a protective guide.

Finally, she reached the coast, where freedom’s breath blew,
Her eyes beheld a ship, sailing towards a life anew.
With trembling steps, she boarded that vessel of hope,
Leaving behind the chains that once bound her soul.

As the ship sailed away, Kachi looked back with a smile,
Her heart filled with gratitude, stretching for miles.
She knew her journey was not over, but a new chapter begun,
In a land where she’d rise, like the African sun.

Oh, the tale of Kachi, the young lady who dared,
To escape the slave master, and the pain she once shared.
Her spirit still whispers through the winds that caress,
A symbol of resilience, in times of distress.

Remember her story, let it forever ring,
Of a brave young lady, whose freedom took wing.
In the face of adversity, her spirit did soar,
Kachi’s escape, a reminder of what dreams are for.

WHISPERS OF THE WIND

And the wind whispered in her ear,
As the troubled lady took her stroll,
Seeking solace, away from her fears.

The weight upon her soul was clear,
A burden heavy, taking its toll,
And the wind whispered in her ear.

Through streets and fields, she wandered near,
Seeking respite for her troubled soul,
Seeking solace, away from her fears.

With every step, the doubts drew near,
Yet the wind’s soft voice offered console,
And the wind whispered in her ear.

Its gentle touch, like a friend sincere,
Caressed her cheek, bringing peace untold,
Seeking solace, away from her fears.

She found a spot, serene and sheer,
Underneath a willow, she consoled,
And the wind whispered in her ear,
Seeking solace, away from her fears.

The lady wept, letting go her tears,
And the wind carried them far and wide,
Absorbing her pain, relieving her strife.

In the embrace of nature, she found release,
Her heart unburdened, her troubles eased,
For in the whispers of the wind, she found her sanctuary.

And as the troubled lady walked back home,
Her spirit uplifted, her troubles laid to rest,
The wind whispered its farewell, a final caress.

For in the solace of nature, she had been blessed,
Her troubled soul healed, her heart undistressed,
And the wind whispered in her ear, a gentle reminder,
That amidst the storms, there is always succor to find,
A refuge in the whispers of the wind

THE MASK OF BETRAYAL

In shadows deep, where secrets lie,
There hides a mask, a treacherous guise.
Beneath its surface, truths are concealed,
A web of deception, skillfully revealed.

The Mask of Betrayal, a face unkind,
Woven with words, so sly and refined.
It smiles with charm, it whispers deceit,
Its promises false, its intentions discreet.

Oh, how it masks the heart’s true form,
A masquerade of trust, a brewing storm.
Behind its visage, a sinister plot,
To break the bonds, to betray the lot.

It wears the guise of a faithful friend,
But stabs the back when trust extends.
A serpent’s tongue, a venomous bite,
Leaving scars of sorrow, a shattered light.

Within its eyes, the glimmer fades,
Once loyal souls, now left betrayed.
A fractured bond, forever lost,
The Mask of Betrayal, the ultimate cost.

Yet, beware its allure, its tempting guise,
For it preys on love, on heartfelt ties.
Unveil the falsehood, see through its lies,
Guard your spirit, where true strength lies.

Behind the veil, deceit will roam,
But with open hearts, we find a home.
Though masks may fall and trust may crack,
Together we rise, resilience intact.

For in the wake of betrayal’s sting,
We learn to soar on mended wings.
To build anew, with bonds secure,
And let our hearts, forgiveness ensure

TABOO UNVEILED

This unconventional bond birthed harmony,
A love unburdened, wild and free.
They embrace the chaos, the uncertainty,
For it is their hearts’ calling, their destiny.

In the hushed corners, their whispers entwined,
They build a refuge, where love is defined.
They share stolen moments, in clandestine bliss,
In a world that shuns them, they find eternal kiss.

Their love, like a symphony, breaks all the rules,
A masterpiece of passion, where love always fuels.
They navigate the darkness, hand in hand,
Defying conventions, they firmly stand.

They are rebels of love, with hearts aflame,
Challenging boundaries, refusing to tame.
For what is love, if it bows to societal decree
Their love is their truth, and that is all they see.

In the face of adversity, they hold their ground,
With courage as their shield, they will never be bound.
They walk a path less traveled, hand in hand,
With love as their compass, they will forever withstand.

Let them be, I plead, these lovers fierce and brave,
Their love knows no prejudice, no boundary to pave.
For in their taboo, they find strength anew,
A love that is controversial, yet beautifully true.

For it is in the depths of their souls they find,
An unyielding connection, a love undefined.
My dear, let them revel in their taboo,
For love’s triumph lies in their hearts so true.

BROKEN PINKY PROMISE

In the sacred place of friendship’s sacred bond,
Where trust and loyalty were fond,
There dwelled a friend, so dear to me,
Whose promises brought solace, key.

“You promised,” I whisper, with tears in my eyes,
Recalling the days when our dreams reached the skies,
Through laughter and hardships, hand in hand,
I thought our bond would forever stand.

In whispered secrets and shared desires,
We painted our world with vibrant hues,
But little did I know, beneath the smiles,Lurked betrayal’s dagger, hidden, yet true.

You promised to be there in times of despair,
To hold me close, to show me you care,
But when shadows loomed and darkness prevailed,
Your words crumbled, like a ship that had failed.

The trust we forged, so painstakingly built,
Now shattered, like fragments of glass, spilt,
And the wounds inflicted by your deceit,
Still ache and bleed, refusing to retreat.

You promised to be my guiding light,
To ward off the demons that haunted my nights,
Yet you became the darkness, the enemy within,
A wolf in sheep’s clothing, reveling in sin.

Oh, how I trusted your every word,
Believed in the melodies that once were heard,
But now I stand, wounded and scarred,
Bitterly mourning a friendship, forever marred.

You promised, dear friend, but you broke your vow,
Leaving me stranded in a desolate now,
Yet in this heartache, I find strength anew,
To rebuild, to rise, to bid farewell to you.

For though you betrayed me, bruised my soul,
I will gather the fragments and reclaim control,
With lessons learned, I will rise above,
Embracing the dawn of a friendship’s new love.

Farewell, dear friend, with a heavy heart,
I release the pain, and let go, depart,
In the tapestry of life, our paths may sever,
But I will find solace, for love endures forever.

You promised, once, but, I will promise again,
To heal, to forgive, and to trust, my friend,.
For though betrayal stings, it cannot define,
The strength that lies within, eternally mine
