Take me as I am, without demand,
Innocent, yet complex, like grains of sand.
A puzzle with pieces that may confound,
But a heart that is merry, in joy abound.
I shift from silence to talkative in stride,
A spectrum of emotions, I cannot hide.
In every facet, in every way,
Accept me as I am, day by day.
I am a tapestry, woven with threads of life,
With virtues, and flaws, free from strife,
Embracing the journey, unafraid,
Take me as I am, no masquerade.
Innocence like a morning’s gentle kiss,
Yet complexities lie beneath, not to miss,
Merry heart or quiet as evening’s glide,
Accept me as I am, with arms open wide.
A canvas of life with colors unchained,
A living, breathing work, yet to be named,
In every moment, a story to start,
Take me as I am, a human heart, a work of art.
