She will leave
After making dinner
After chatting fortunately with buddies
After having a fulfilling intercourse

She will abscond forever
Without a suicide note
Without a sign or symptom
Without a sound

She will go away
because she is dying in silence
because she is tired of the circumference
and her lifestyles is now turning to pestilence

She will depart
and you may in no way understand why
you will spend a decade finding out what went wrong
Her death is going to be a sudden exit

I apologize, Mama, in fear I bow,
Tears streaming as the door opens now.

Here for the kill, no mercy to spare,
Heart beats loud, a sound I cannot bear.

Words like arrows, piercing my core,
Flesh torn, blood forced, a gruesome encore.

I fall once more, bones breaking within,
Their tongues relentless, like arrows, they spin.

Hits leave me bleeding, internally torn,
Faintly seeing my shattered flesh, forlorn.

Eyes closed against my will, they persist,
Drilling through resistance, as I resist.

Shall I vanish? No, I am not a coward,
Blood and tears mixed, swallowed, devoured.

Salty liquid down my thirsty throat,
Lying lifeless in a pool of my own bloat.

Tired of screaming, done with debate,
Present vultures hover, sealing my fate.

Against all odds, still I stand,
Rising above, with love to withstand.

“I apologize, Mama, in love I will persist,
He is the only man I love, and ever will, insist.”

‘Hush!’, came the whispers of a year now past,
Echoing, ‘shut it out, close the door, make it the last’.
With each creak of hinges, a chapter’s end,
Accept the silence, let new dreams ascend.

Lock away worries, let go of the weight,
Seal yesterday’s echoes, don’t hesitate.
Open the door to a fresh, blank page,
In the book of your life, on this grand stage.

Bid farewell to shadows, to doubts and fear,
Shut it out, my friend, let the future draw near.
With the turning key, leave the old behind,
Welcome the dawn of a new year, unconfined.

Away from the gathering where trust fade,
I am out, my choice is made.
A lady bold, with heart aligned,
Detached from webs that falsehood bind.

In echoes soft, where whispers lie,
I sensed betrayal, a bitter sigh.
Negativity, a toxic brew,
I am out, my spirit flew.

With grace, I stepped away,
A dance of strength, a lone ballet.
No longer tethered to deceit,
I found my solace, in retreat.

The moon, my witness, silent, wise,
As I broke free from woven ties.
No longer bound by shadows cast,
I am out, my peace amassed.
