I was to buy a gift for a dear one unfortunately the money with me was not enough to get one. Seeing everybody buying gifts and sending big sums of money to the celebratant made me felt out of place like I was the bad one.
In the mirror’s gleam, a vision fair, A lady of beauty, beyond compare. Her hair, like gold, her skin, like snow, Her eyes, like stars, her lips, like rose.
Her dress, a rainbow of colors bright, A masterpiece of art and light. She moves with grace, her steps so light, A true queen, a wondrous sight.
Her laughter echoes, music to the ears, A melody of joy, without fears. Her smile, a work of art divine, A treasure, worth more than gold and wine.
In the mirror’s depth, she Is seen so clear, A reflection of her inner cheer. A lady of elegance and poise, A true gem, a treasure to enjoy.
Oh, the day she left, a shadow fell A mentor lost, a heart that has dwelt In memories of times so swell Now just a distant echo’s spell
The laughter we shared, the lessons learned The guidance she provided, the paths she burned The wisdom she imparted, the dreams that stirred All gone, like a fleeting blur
The silence is deafening, the emptiness vast The weight of her absence, the past The loneliness creeps in, like a chill And fills my heart with a sorrowful thrill
But still, I will hold on to the memories The love and the lessons, the laughter and the tease For though she is gone, her spirit lives on In the heart of her mentee, forever strong
When I am gone, no longer here to stay, The world will keep on spinning, night and day. People’s reactions, they will ebb and flow, As they mourn my passing, and the memories they know.
Some will weep and wail, with tears so bold, Their grief a river, rolling like a gold. Others may smile, and laugh with glee, Remembering the good times, wild and free.
But I will not be there to see or hear, Their joy or sorrow, their love or fear. For when I am gone, I will be at peace, In a place where love and pain release.
No more the burdens of this life I will bear, No more the strife and struggle I will share. I will be free, my spirit soaring high, In a world where love and joy do not die.
Let them weep, mourn and cry, For I am gone, and I will not deny. But know that I am in a better place, Where love and joy will forever embrace.
